Stephanie Ferris is a Wilmington, NC transplant from the Pacific Northwest who understands the importance of a good cup of coffee and proper guidance whether moving across town or across the country. Before becoming an agent, she was a closing coordinator for a local real estate attorney's office working with agents and lenders, while helping clients navigate their way through the closing process.

 

Stephanie has her bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Oregon University. After graduation, she spent the next several years as a wedding planner/coordinator helping bring each couple's individual vision to life on their big day. She has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and creating life's big moments. Whether buying or selling, Stephanie strives to understand your dream and help you achieve it.

 

In her spare time, you are likely to find her at a local 5k, playing with her German Shepherd, Charlie, or enjoying one of Wilmington's amazing local waterfront restaurants.
